1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a stay or using any services provided by Tempo Manor Cabins, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept payment via all major card providers, bank transfer and cash.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out time is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
Guests must return keys or access cards upon check-out. Lost keys or cards may incur a replacement fee.
5. Property Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas may be available.
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees paid.
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests during these hours.
Any damage to property or excessive cleaning required as a result of guest actions may be charged to the guest.
6. Liability
Tempo Manor Cabins are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or health-related issues.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using facilities and amenities on the premises.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information from guests for the purpose of providing accommodation and services. By providing your information, you consent to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Tempo Manor Cabins reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
