Terms & Conditions

Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card. Please note that the maximum occupancy of each room is 2 persons. Regrettably no pets are allowed.
A minimum 2-night stay is required, or 3 nights on bank holiday weekends (a “weekend” includes a Friday or Saturday night).
Single night stays are sometimes available (not for weekends) for which a surcharge will apply. If not on the calendar, phone for availability.
Confirmation of booking will be sent by email following reservation. Directions will be sent within 10 days of arrival.
Thatchcombe B&B is a strictly non-smoking establishment anywhere in the building. Should you smoke in your room, a fee of £100.00 will be charged to cover a deep clean of the room.

Payment Policy

We will charge the full price of your booking to the card you provided at the time of reservation 10 days before your arrival date.
Should you make a booking less than 10 days before arrival, we will charge your card at the time of booking.
If the card is declined, please be aware that your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by email to hello@thatchcombe.co.uk at least 7 days prior to planned arrival date to receive a refund of any payment previously made.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your due date of arrival or fail to arrive at the B&B ('no show'), we will charge your credit/debit card with 100% of the value of the booking.
We recommend guests ensure they have valid travel insurance in place to cover cancellation.
