A valid credit card is required to make a reservation and secure the room;
13% tax : 6% Broward County and 7% State of Florida;
Office hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm:
CHECK-IN hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm;
LATE CHECK-IN – please, contact us to schedule your arrival;
CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 am – a late check-out may be available upon request.

We have limited parking, if you're traveling with a vehicle, you may contact us about parking availability during your stay - please, keep in mind that we might not be able to confirm a parking spot if you reserved a bed in one of our dormitory (shared) rooms.

RESERVATIONS IN PRIVATE ROOMS: A pre-authorized security / damage deposit of $ 250.00 is required upon your arrival. An inspection will be done by our staff prior to your arrival and after your departure. Subject to the inspection of your room, you will be reimbursed on check-out. However, any damages, (including smoking or vaping in the room = $250.00), or stolen items will be deducted from your deposit. Any damages or stolen items exceeding the value of the security deposit will be charged on the credit card used for the deposit.

Payment Policy

IMPORTANT -- If a credit card is used for the payment of the reservation, the card holder must be present along with a government-issued photo ID.

A non-refundable deposit amounting to your first night will be charged on the credit card provided with your reservation 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The Hotel DEAUVILLE has a 7-day cancellation policy:

Cancellation seven (7) days prior to arrival: No charge.

Cancellation within seven (7) days: One night cancellation fee will be charged.

In case of a no-show: One night fee will be charged.
