The Linden
The Linden is situated in the historic village of Stansted Mountfitchet, just 10-minute drive from London Stansted Airport. Stansted Mountfitchet railway station is a 10-minute walk and has services to London Liverpool Street, Stratford, Cambridge and Stansted Airport terminal building.
Please note, no parking facilities are available on site. A public pay and display car park (Crafton Green) is sited 300 yards from The Linden. Our courtyard is for drop-off and pick-up only.
Check-in starts at 3:00PM and ends at 11:00PM. We are unable to accept check-ins after Midnight unless confirmed in advance. Minimum check-in age is 18.
Check-out time is at 11:00AM.

Bed & Breakfast Rate. The Suite is one of our largest rooms. Located on the second floor, it has a king-size bed and bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower and his & hers vanity unit. It also has a small separate seating area.

Extra beds and cots - unfortunately, our rooms are not suitable to accommodate extra beds or cots therefore this service is not available.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am until 9.30am and on weekends and Bank Holidays from 8am until 10.30am.
The restaurant is open daily except for Monday - Thursday lunchtime. Please note, last food orders on Sunday are at 5pm. We highly recommend to book in advance. Please, book online: www.thelinden.co.uk
Please note, our rooms are located on different levels and across two buildings. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, we do not have an elevator or air conditioning.
Please note, NO parking facilities are available on site. A public pay and display car park - Crafton Green is sited 300 yards (across the road) from The Linden. It is usually free overnight and on Sundays however, please refer to the car park's tariff board.
It is strictly against the law to smoke in all our guest bedrooms except for designated smoking areas. A penalty charge of £150 will be applicable for non-compliance.

Payment Policy
A valid card details will be required to secure your reservation.
All reservations will be charged in full 24 hours prior to arrival. This charge will be made to the payment card that is supplied at point of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or amendments can be made to reservations up to 24 hours before arrival date (12pm). For any cancellations made after this time, the full payment for the first night of the stay will be retained. Any amendments to reservations within the 24 hours prior to arrival may be subject to additional charges.
