Terms & Conditions

• No smoking <b>on the hotel premises, please. In case of smoking in the room</b>, an <b>immediate</b> check-out <b>will be effectuated with no refund.</b>
• <b>Check-in time is 2:00 PM</b>. Any guest wishing to check-in before this time will be charged <b>£5 per hour</b>. (Subject to the availability of the room).
• <b>Check-out time is at 11:00 AM</b> and a <b>late</b> check-out will be charged <b>£10 per hour.</b>
• Payment for the full length of stay must be made <b>prior to checking in</b>, and cancellation of the reservation afterwards will result in the deduction of one additional night charges if the stay is less than one week, and three additional night charges in case the stay is longer than one week.
• Any person, other than the guests, wishing to go into the room with the guest, needs to take permission from the guest and the hotel receptionist. It is also subjected to the room size and capacity. The extra person needs to provide a valid photo ID and will be charged <b>an additional £20 per night</b>, should they wish to spend the night.
• After checking out, the <b>luggage storage fee</b> will be <b>£10</b> and is only available upon request.
• A <b>valid</b> form of <b>I.D.</b> must be provided at the time of check-in on every stay, for each guest.
• Use the bins, take care of the hotel environment, and keep your surroundings tidy - be it the room, TV lounge or other facilities or public areas such as the kitchen or outdoor terrace.
• <b>The room will be inspected at check-out time and any damage or misconduct will be charged accordingly. Any damages done to the room such as purposely clogging, ripping, tearing, staining the walls, carpet, mattresses, windows, doors, appliances and such, will be charged a repair fee starting from £50</b>.
• Should you have a longer stay, better deals can be found on our website.
• Guests who require room service are to <b>leave the key at the reception</b> and specifically <b>ask</b> for service to be done.
• Should the guests request room service, they are held responsible for any items that might go missing – <b>as such, guests are advised to responsibly keep any item of value on them when room service is due. The hotel management and staff are not responsible and held accountable for items of value that are not properly and securely stored by the guests.</b>
