We are a 5 room inn located in Bay Bulls, one of the oldest communities in North America, and one of the most easterly locations in North America. All our rooms boast a private bathroom, panoramic views of the water, a comfy bed, and everything else you need to enjoy your stay! Our prices include a full hot breakfast, for example Eggs Benedict, Full English Breakfast, Pancakes, and other options, all cooked fresh to order.

Reservations
Once you make a reservation, you will receive an automated message that provides a confirmation number, room number and date.
A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee your booking. The receipt of a booking number is not a confirmation unless a Credit Card has been submitted.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with us, or to stay with us (unless accompanied by someone over the age of 18)
One child 6 years and under is permitted to stay for free if the child uses existing beds in the room.
Room prices are based on two occupants per room, including children over 6 years old.
The Inn is strictly non smoking.
Payment Policy
Your stay will only be charged after arrival.
We will collect your credit card details in case of no show or cancellations beyond the free cancellation window.
In the case of bookings of 7 room nights or more during high season, a deposit of 50% will be taken, and the usual cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change
Cancellation is free of charge if done up to 14 days before the check in time on the day of arrival, at 3 pm on Newfoundland time.
If cancellation is done beyond the free cancellation window, one night will be charged. For bookings of 3 nights or more, 50% of the cost of your stay will be charged..
Full payment of the reservation will be taken for a no show.
We will always try to arrange for a partial refund in case of a last minute emergencies.
