Terms & Conditions
House Rules:
• Maximum occupancy 4 guests per cabin
• House parties are NOT allowed
• For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking, candle burning, or any other open flames in any of our cabins. Courteous smoking is permitted outside only. Guests smoking in a cabin will be charged a minimum fee of $200 to return any rooms to a non-smoking status
• Due to high fire danger, no fires are allowed on the grounds
• Pets in cabins require an additional pet cleaning fee (maximum of 2 pets under 50 lbs)
• No early check out refunds
• Refunds cannot be issued for partial stays under any circumstances
• All rates are subject to state hotel occupancy tax of 6%.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until reservations are secured by a deposit.
In the event that these rules are not complied with during your stay, owner shall have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately with no refund of monies paid.
Payment Policy
Payment for one night per cabin is required to guarantee a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Your deposit is refundable if a cancellation is received no later than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, less a $50 processing fee.
