Terms & Conditions
CHECK IN
As we operate a self-check in service can you please send us a copy of your driver's licence or similar photo ID by return and vehicle registration number if traveling by car. Check in is from 3 pm until 11 pm. Your room is accessed via the staircase directly in front of the main door and is accessed via a key safe, the code to be supplied upon receipt of the requested information. The front door key will also be found within the key safe and needs to be kept with you at all times as the inn is not manned overnight from when the inn closes.
OPENING TIMES
Monday to Tuesday - 9.00 am to 10.30 pm Food is available from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm and 5.00 pm to 9.15 pm.
Wednesdays to Saturday 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. Food is available from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm and 5.00 pm to 9.15 pm.
Sundays 12.00 pm to 10.30 pm, Sunday Lunch from 12.00 pm to 4.15 pm
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check in is from 3 pm and check out is 11.00 am. It is possible to check in earlier if the room is ready, please check with us on the day of arrival.
The Inn is not manned 24 hours a day so please arrive by 11.00 pm, 10.00 pm on a Sunday.
PARKING
Off street parking is available outside the inn and your space will be reserved with a bollard. As it is limited you will please need to reserve your space with a bollard when you use your car during your stay.
DOGS
The Castle Inn is a dog friendly pub and dogs are welcome to stay in two of our rooms, They do need to be kept on a lead at all times when in the bar or garden and must not be left in the room unattended. There is a charge of £15.00 for their stay to cover cleaning costs and any damaged caused will be chargeable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event you need to cancel your reservation we request that this is done 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid and cancellation fees. This does not apply to reservation taken within 30 days of arrival as these are non refundable. Payments for the booking is taken prior to arrival.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Castle Inn is an grade 2 listed building. The rooms are located on the first floor which is accessable via a step stairs case. The bar and restaurant area does have a level access,
We would like all our guest to fell welcome but due to the historic nature of the building we do have some access limitation to the accommodation.
Payment Policy
Payment is taken prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee within 28 days but no less than 21 days before your arrival date will incur a 50% charge. Cancellation within 21 days of the arrival date the payment is non refundable.
