Rates are for single or double occupancy. Room rates do not include the 9% Maine tax, which is additional. All rooms have cable TV, air conditioning, private bath, and free wireless Internet access. For the comfort of our guests, The Central House is smoke-free and pet-free.

NOTE TO LATE ARRIVALS
Please call us no later than 7:00 PM, if you will be arriving late, so we can make late check-in arrangements as our office is not staffed late at night.

Payment Policy
Deposit policy:
To confirm a reservation, a one night's deposit by Visa, MasterCard or Amex is required. Your credit card will be charged an amount equal to one night's lodging, including tax. The remaining balance, before gratuity, will be charged upon arrival. (Gratuity envelopes are provided in rooms for housekeepers' gratuities.)
Contact innkeeper to make arrangements for extended-stay (over seven days) or multiple room reservations (whether booked individually or by a host), as these are subject to innkeeper approval, can only be made through the innkeeper, and have different deposit and cancellation requirements,
Cancellation Policy
For individual cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
