The State of Maine is strongly urging visitors to “Know Before You Go,” meaning they should get tested and receive their test results in their home state before traveling to Maine, which will allow them to take appropriate action depending on the result.

Payment Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY:
To confirm a reservation, the inn's processing of a one night deposit by Visa, MasterCard or Amex is required. Your credit card will be charged an amount equal to one night's lodging, including tax. The remaining balance, before gratuity, will be charged upon arrival. (Gratuity envelopes are provided in rooms for housekeepers' gratuities.)
CONTACT INNKEEPER to make arrangements for extended-stay (over seven days) or multiple room reservations (whether booked individually or by a host), as these are subject to innkeeper approval and have different deposit and cancellation requirements,
Cancellation Policy
REVISED POLICY RE: COVID-19: The $20 flat cancellation fee will be waived for timely (earlier than 14 days) cancellations due to Covid-19 restrictions.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received no later than 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date, will have deposits refunded less a $20 flat cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the 14 day, prior to arrival, date will forfeit the full one night deposit (including tax). Special Cancellation policies apply to extended-stay or multiple room reservations; contact innkeeper.
