Terms & Conditions

1. Guests must check in between 14:00 and 21:00 and check out between 8:00 and 10:30. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are allowed at a charge of £10.00 per day. 4. Vegetarian meals are available. 5. Wireless internet is available and is free of charge. 6. Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas. 7. All groups are accepted. 8. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

If a booking has been received of 3 rooms or more which are either mixed group or same sex, then this will be treated as group booking. A group booking contract must be signed and a deposit and security bond must be paid before check in or the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry. Any bookings discovered to be made separately but are part of group will also have to agree to the group booking contract. The bond will be refunded upon check out providing no damages have been caused to the property and there are no disturbances to other guests at the hotel.

Family rooms are for 2 adults plus children, if guests are found to exceed this limit a per person surcharge will apply per adult over the allocated 2 per family room, a charge of £10 per extra adult per night will be charged.

Payment Policy

A deposit equal to the full booking amount is required if booking any Advanced Saver Rate. This is a non refundable deposit.

Flexible Rates have no pre-payment until 7 days before arrival.

The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Payments by the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge.

Group bookings of 3 or more rooms will be contacted to pay a deposit to hold the booking, failure to do so will result in cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
