The Cobbled Yard Hotel want to ensure our guests have as comfortable stay as possible and our general guest policies are listed below, if you do not see the answer to your question please contact us directly.

Check in times are between 11am and 9pm daily.
Check out time is until 10.30am and a late check out can be arranged if required for a small fee.

Smoking / Vaping : smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the hotel premises including bedrooms.

Pets: Pets are permitted with the maximum of 2 per bedroom and upon the payment of a suppliment of £5 per pet. We do not allow pets to be left unattended in the guest rooms at any point.

Children: We welcome children of all ages and provide cots upon request, we do not offer a baby or child minding service nor can we arrange this for you. Children are not permitted to be left unattended in any area of the hotel or property including public areas and guest bedrooms.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking and this can be made by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer.

Behaviour: We expect our guests to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow guests, staff and visitors, like wise our guests can expect professional, courteous service from all of our team.

Damage/extra cleaning: we reserve the right to make charges for damage or if extra cleaning is required in a guest accommodation.

Payment Policy

Payment in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is accepted however there is a 100% cancellation fee. For stays of more than 3 nights please refer to the hotel management directly. Please contact hotel management for further information.
