ROOM OCCUPANCIES
Only 2 people per room are allowed in each room. No exceptions. Check in time is 4 PM. /. Check out time is 11 AM.
PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed at The Cottages of Laurel Brooke.
THE COTTAGES AT LB ARE NON-SMOKING
All the Cottages are 100% smoke, vape, and flame-free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have burned candles, smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room or anywhere on property.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Whether or not we sell alcohol on the premises, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. As our common spaces are used by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and be considerate of others around them.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
At our place, we put a lot of care into keeping everything exceptionally clean for you. We understand that accidents can occur, and we simply ask that guests kindly take responsibility for any damages caused by significant carelessness. This includes items like linens and towels; if they're stained beyond use due to guest oversight, we'll have to replace them and will need to charge for the cost. We appreciate your understanding and consideration during your stay with us!
Payment Policy
DEPOSIT
For stays of any length, a deposit of 100% of the total charges is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective April 1, 2023, all reservations are non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place).
Shortening a reservation is also non-refundable for the date or dates you are shortening.
Any change-of-dates request must be made 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 30 days prior to arrival, no changes can be made to the reservation.
