Terms & Conditions

Prices per night include breakfast; we offer a continental style and cooked breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7:30am - 10:30am daily. Breakfast is served in our first floor restaurant. If the weather allows, you are more than welcome to enjoy your breakfast on our roof garden. Please inform your server of any special dietary requirements..

Please note our bedrooms are located on the second floor and accessible only by stairs.

Check-in is 3pm-10pm Monday-Saturday and 3pm-8pm on Sundays. If necessary, late check-in can be arranged with advance notice. You are more than welcome to drop your luggage off earlier if needed. You can also leave luggage with us when checking out at 11am.

Our rooms are located above a bustling pub & restaurant and below our lovely rooftop garden & bar, all of which can get very busy, especially at weekends (the pub is open until 1am on Friday & Saturday, the roof garden closes daily at 10pm). The whole pub closes at 8pm on Sundays in order to give our hardworking staff the evening off. Please bear this in mind when choosing us as your accommodation.

Payment Policy

Credit Card details are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation as per our cancellation policy, nothing will be charged to the card at the time of booking.

FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL USING CARD DETAILS STORED IN THE SYSTEM

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before the date of check-in. Less than 7 days notice will result in the 100% of the entire stay being charged.
