Booking Terms:

Reservation and Payment:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 10% deposit, which is due upon booking. Full payment is required upon check-in, or if valid card is on file, payment will be processed 6:00 a.m. the morning of check-out.

Room Allocation:
While we make every effort to accommodate specific room requests, we reserve the right to assign alternate rooms based on availability.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 3:00pm CST, and check-out time is 11:00 am CST. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. Any resulting charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

Liability:

Assumption of Risk:

All guests entering the resort premises assume the inherent risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to, the use of recreational facilities, swimming areas, and participation in activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, injuries, accidents, or illnesses arising from natural elements, uneven terrain, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Minors:

Parents or legal guardians of guests under the age of 18 acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the actions and well-being of their minor children. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that minors adhere to all safety guidelines and rules set forth by the resort.
Property Safety:

Eagles Roost Resort is committed to maintaining a safe environment. Guests are expected to adhere to safety guidelines, exercise caution, and use facilities responsibly. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors to ensure their safety and prevent any unsafe behavior.
Outdoor Activities:

Participation in outdoor activities, including but not limited to, hiking, swimming, and use of recreational equipment, is at the guest's own risk. Guests, especially parents or guardians of minors, should be aware of their physical limitations and the limitations of their children and act accordingly.
Wildlife Awareness:

Eagles Roost Resort is located in a natural setting where wildlife may be present. Guests, especially parents or guardians of minors, are responsible for taking necessary precautions to avoid encounters with wildlife. Do not feed or approach wildlife for safety reasons.
Medical Emergencies:

In the event of a medical emergency, guests, including parents or guardians of minors, should immediately seek assistance and notify resort staff. Eagles Roost Resort is not responsible for providing medical care but will assist in contacting emergency services.
Emergency Evacuation:

In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, guests, including parents or guardians of minors, should follow the guidance provided by resort staff. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure the safe evacuation of minors.
Minors:

Supervision:

Parents or guardians are required to supervise minors at all times. Minors should not be left unattended in guest rooms or on resort premises.
Participation in Activities:

Minors are welcome to participate in resort activities, provided they meet any age or height requirements specified for each activity. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors are appropriately supervised during activities.
By making a reservation at Eagles Roost Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Eagles Roost Resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be charged 10%. Cancellations within 2 weeks is 25%
