House Rules
The Gillespie House Bed & Breakfast is family-run. We welcome families of all shapes, sizes & colours.
No smoking is allowed in the house or on the property.
Though we do have a cat (Merlin, High Wizard of Catnaps and the Kitty Concierge), pets are not allowed.

The Gillespie House Bed & Breakfast welcomes everyone. We do not discriminate based on sex, gender, age, sexual preference, national or ethnic origin and are proud 2SLGBTQ+ allies.
Though we aim to be as accessible as possible, The Gillespie House Bed and Breakfast is a 19th century home with an elevated first floor. There are five steps up to our main floor from the street and all of our guest rooms are located on the second floor, accessible by 23 steps.
Payment Policy
50% due at time of booking.
Balance due 14 days before arrival.
Credit cards accepted. Payment by e-transfer accepted (contactus@gillespiehousebnb.com).
Posted rates are subject to 13% HST and 4% Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 14 calendar days will incur the full cost of the reservation. However, we can offer a one-time reservation modification for a future date. The new date must be within one year of your reservation date and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
