We require a 24 hour advance notice for all reservations.
Any same day reservations requests must be approved by phone call 336-510-3802.
Check in begins at 3pm and ends at 9pm Eastern Time Zone. Early arrivals will automatically be charged $50 to the credit card upon check in. This policy is non-negotiable.
Check out is by 11am Eastern Time Zone late departures will automatically be charged $50 to the credit card on file. This policy is non-negotiable.
Any guest that is paying with an Expedia Virtual card will have to provide a personal credit card at the time of check in for incidentals. This policy is non negotiable.
Reservations are non-transferable to any third party. The person checking in must be the person the reservation is under or who made the reservation. Photo ID is required at checkin. This policy is non-negotiable.
Reservation dates are non transferrable to later dates. The reservation is only good for the dates booked on the reservation. If canceling during the 7 day cancellation period there are no refunds and the dates can not be transferred to a later date. This policy is non-negotiable.
The Groome Inn is a non-smoking facility. There is a smoking area outside. All the rooms are non-smoking. There will be a $300 cleaning fee that will be automatically applied to the credit card on file if a guest smokes in the room. There may be other charges to replace any items that are damaged from smoking including rugs, curtains, furniture, pillows or bedding including mattresses and box springs. There will also be charge to rent any equipment necessary to remove odors from the room. This policy includes cigarettes or any illegal substances . This policy is non-negotiable.
All dogs must have prior approval before arrival or a 50 dollar pet fee will be applied at check in and up to a 250 dollar cleaning/nuisance fee can be applied . All dogs must be ESA or service dog approved with paperwork prior to arrival or 25 pounds or less, non- barking, well behaved and hypoallergenic. All dogs must be in the owners care at all times. Dogs can not be left in rooms during stay. This policy is non-negotiable.
