Terms & Conditions

> Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization deposit will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.

If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the credit card on file. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged items, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. Bathrobes will be charged at $75.00 per robe. Slippers are complimentary.

. There is no capacity for cots at this property. .Each room has only 1 bed and no capacity for additional guests.

> Smoking is not allowed, any smoking inside will result in a $300.00 room cleaning fee. Insense burning, candles and strong odor substances are not allowed.

> NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
Parties/events, and visitors are not allowed unless paid for and scheduled in advance. Any behaviour that is a bother to other guests or the Innkeepers will result in the parties vacating the premises without refund. The INN is an adult only property. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation.

Please be advised there are cameras in common areas, inside and out. No cameras are in any bedroom or bathroom.

There is no use of the kitchen for cooking at the Inn. If you would like to cook, please book the LOFT or the TOWNHOUSE as you will have your own private kitchen and BBQ.

> Pets are not allowed. Any animal that is brought into any rental without permission will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee. There is a cat on the property (INN only) that lives mainly in the master bedroom with the owners.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

Stays require 1/2 down upon reservation, and changes and.or full cancelation must be made 30 days prior.
