Policies

*Reservations

Check-In time is 4:00 pm. If you are going to be arriving earlier please notify us and we
will do our best to arrange an early Check-In.
Check-Out time is 11:00 am. Departure after 11:00 a.m. will incur a late check-out fee.
All rates are subject to applicable lodging and sales tax in effect at time of booking.

*Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted within the resort. Guests may be accompanied by a certified service
animal.
*Firewood
Every Room, Suite, and Cabin has a fireplace.
Firewood can be bought at the office for $7.00 per bundle. Collecting firewood around
the property is not allowed.

*Smoking Policy
Our cabins, rooms, and suites are NON-SMOKING inside.
Should it be determined that smoking occurred inside the cabin, room, or suite, a
$200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Smoking is allowed outdoors at least 15 feet from buildings, and as long as cigarette butts are not thrown on our grounds
or trail.

General
No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
For all of our guests protection and our liability, the resort area is for paid registered
guests. Day visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.
We are holding this time exclusively for you so you are responsible for the number of
days and number of persons you have reserved.
Our insurance does not allow skateboards/roller skates or bicycles to be used on the
property.
Currently, there is no breakfast offered.

Payment Policy

50% of reservation total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. For non-refundable rates, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, with remaining deposit amount refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to the full amount of the reservation, unless the unit is re-booked with another guest; if the unit is re-booked, then it is subject to a $50 fee with the remaining deposit amount refunded.
