Guests may check in to The Lagg from 3pm. On the day of departure, guests are required to check out by 10 30am.
Please ensure that you have a ferry reservation well in advance and that this is done before completing your reservation at The Lagg.. Visit www.calmac.co.uk to reserve your tickets. We can not be held responsible for cancellation of ferries due to disruption or other reasons. We highly recommend that you have travel insurance before travelling to any of the Scottish islands as disruption to ferry timetables can happen at short notice.
All payments are contactless. A final invoice will be emailed on the morning of departure. All extras will be added to the final bill which can be paid by card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that a reservation constitutes a contract with The Lagg.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days from the date of arrival, the total cost of the first nights stay is liable to be paid or deposit withheld.
Any monies owing will be deducted from the debit/credit card that was given at the time of reservation unless otherwise advised.
