Terms & Conditions

Four cabins and the Main House are available for overnight use by Owners and their guests. Separate rates for individual beds are not available. The Cantina and Main House Kitchen/Living are available for event rental.

Fees:
An additional $60 cleaning fee is required per cabin per stay.
An optional touch-up cleaning (dusting/sweeping) can be requested 24 hours in advance of a rental for $25 per cabin.
If you wish to rent the Cantina or Main Downstairs/Kitchen for an event, not including overnight stays, you may do so for a cleaning fee.

Reservation Information:
Reservations are first-come, first-serve.
A host Owner must be present at The Landing when guests are staying in a cabin.
All events in the Main House and Cantina require a reservation.
Owners may not make a reservation which is intended for use by another Owner.
No reservation shall be made more than 6 months in advance.
All reservations must be made no later than 48-hours prior to 9:00 a.m. check-in time.
No more than four reservation blocks may be held per lot.
Friday and Saturday night reservations are preferred (2-night stay). A Friday or Saturday-only reservation may be made if a cabin is open after 8:00 a.m. on the previous Wednesday.
Owners must confirm check-out procedures are completed upon departure from their or their guest’s room or they may be charged for any discrepancies.

Holidays:
The weeks including the following holidays are designated as holiday periods:

New Years
Easter
Memorial Day
Independence Da
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Dates of each period will be set a year in advance of the holiday period. If there are multiple requests for the same period, the Board will award the reservation 6 months in advance of the holiday. The winner is determined by a drawing by lot number. An Owner is ineligible to win any drawing for that period in which there are Owners applying that have not previously held a reservation for that holiday period. The winner for that holiday period will no longer be eligible when others are requesting that same time period. An Owner holding a holiday period reservation is not eligible to reserve another holiday period until within 60 days of that holiday.

Check-in/Check-out Procedures:
Check-in is 9:00 a.m. and Check-out is 11:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
Turn off all lights and A/C or heat.
Leave Cantina and Main house unlocked with AC/heat and lights off.

During a Reservation:
Pets and smoking are not allowed inside any buildings.
Please be considerate of other guests regarding noise volume, especially after 10:00 p.m.
Furniture is not to be moved between rooms.
Event decorations must be taken down and removed from the Main house/Cantina by the end of the reserved period.
Chemical logs or flammable fluid fire starters for fireplaces are prohibited.
After fireplace use, remove ashes and place in the metal canister under the carport.

Payment Policy

Payment will need to be made at the time of reservation with a Credit Card.

The card will be manually processed within 3 business days of reservation time.

Cancellation Policy

Non-holiday cancellations or changes must be made no later than noon the day prior to scheduled arrival.

Holiday cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations or changes to an existing reservation, an Owner may be assessed 50% of the total reservation use assessment for any cabin not reserved by another Owner during that period.

Rendering a cancellation or change fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
