Terms & Conditions

1. The Management Does Not Take Responsibility For The Loss Of Valuables Left In The Room.
2. Check In Is 14:00 Hrs & Check Out Time Is 12:00 Hrs And Any Extension Of Stay Must Be Reconfirmed With The Duty Manager.
3. I Have Read The Terms And Conditions Governing My Stay In The Hotel And Agree To Abide By Them.
4. I agree to pay all charges incurred by me during my stay in the hotel
5. Kindly inform Guest Service of any changes to the above information.
6. Pre-termination is not allowed. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
7. Please do not smoke in your apartment as a deep cleaning surcharge of USD 100 per day will apply if you do so.
8. By signing on this, I hereby agree to the above reservation details and authorize The Monastery Hotel to charge my credit card with the amount outstanding on my account when I check-out. I consent to this charge being made without signing the final invoice.
9. Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case keycards are misplaced or lost.
10. Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. The Monastery Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
11. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
12. Visitors are not allowed post 10 PM in guest rooms.
13. Any damage to the property will be charge to the guest automatically to the payment form registered.

Payment Policy

1. The hotel can offer an early check-in and late check-out in case of approving the availability in advance with the hotel administration.
2. Early check-in is available from 10:00 a.m. for an additional cost in amount of 25 % of the booked room rate for 1 night.
3. Late check-out available until 6:00 p.m. Leaving the hotel before 4:00 p.m., the additional payment for the accommodation will be in amount of 25 % of the booked room rate for 1 night.
4. Leaving till 6:00 p.m., the additional payment for accommodation will be in amount of 50 % of the booked room rate for 1 night.
5. Departing after 6:00 p.m. The additional payment for accommodation will be in the amount of 100 % of the booked room rate for 1 night.

Cancellation Policy

1. At least 50 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.
2. At least 40 days prior to the arrival date - 70% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
3. If the time for canceling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.
4. In case of proven death or accidents, a refund may be granted at the General Manager’s and/or Front Office Manager’s discretion.
