Booking Policy
Flexible Room:
At time of booking your card is pre-authorised for the first night of stay.
72 hours before date of arrival your card is charged for the first night of stay.
The balance is charged at check in.
Non-Refundable Room:
At time of booking your card is charged for the first night of stay.
The balance is charged at check in.
Check-in Policy:
ALL guests are required to confirm their identity with either passport, driving license or ID card.
A credit/debit card pre-authorization of £100 is required at check-in for incidentals.
Only the named guest(s) on the booking confirmation can check-in.
The full balance of booking is payable at check-in prior to room access.
Only guests who registered at check-in are allowed into the guest rooms.
Maximum room occupancy:
Single rooms are for ONE guest only at any time.
Double rooms are for TWO guests only at any time.
Triple rooms are for THREE guests only at any time.
Double/Triple rooms that are sold as single occupancy (including upgraded rooms) do not allow other guests in the room without additional fees. The additional guest fee is £50 per person if the room hasn’t already reach maximum occupancy.

Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before date of arrival.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night of stay charge will not be refunded.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you wish to shorten your stay after check in, we require a minimum of 3 nights notice.
The notice period is chargeable whether guest occupies room or not.
Non-Refundable Room:
Rooms, dates and guest names cannot be changed, cancelled or modified.
No refunds can be given under any circumstances.
