We advise all of our customers and guests, to read and understand our terms & conditions carefully before finalizing their bookings.
The terms & conditions are all standard to the industry & once you have made a booking with us it means you accept and agree with all of our terms & conditions.
Since prices and availability are constantly changing subject to availability, we do not make guarantees of any kind that the rates or special offers will be available at the time of the booking.

Reservations:
Bookings are taken at the discretion of the pub, subject to availability.
Rates quoted are per room, per night (unless specified otherwise), subject to availability.
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Any extras will be charged at the time of check out.
VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable.

Arrival & Departure Policy
Check- in: 15:00 - 23:00 hours (On Sunday & Bank Holidays 18:00)
Check- out: 07:00 - 11:00 hours

Between the hours of 23:00 pm to 8:00 Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 8:00 am, the reception and bar are unoccupied. However, we have a night porter service on call throughout this period to respond swiftly to any emergencies. All details of this are in the guest information pack and on the check in card in each room.

To check in, a guest will be required to present a form of Government ID (Passport/ID/Driving Licence) so we can do an even better job of keeping fraudulent individuals away from Pub & Rooms. We also need to determine that everyone who uses Pub & Rooms is over 18 years old. You are responsible for having all proper travel documents and a debit/credit card in the same name as the booking name. If you are unable to travel or complete a stay by reason of not having proper documents or a debit/credit card in your name (unless alternative arrangements are made with the management) you will not be entitled to any refund and we will not be liable for any cost or expense that you may incur as a result.

When you check in, we will give you a key (or keys) to your room and an Internet password. We do not have a lift in the building and there are two or three flights of stairs to climb, however, our staff are always available to help carry bags - just please let us know in advance if you have a large number of bags.

Our friendly team will ask you to show the credit card used to secure the booking or to make a payment by debit/credit and will take your credit card details for any unpaid extras or damages. If another person used their card to pay for your stay, please advise the management accordingly using a special form.

Government IDs and debit/credit card numbers are stored in an encrypted form. Only authorised Pub & Rooms employees are allowed access to your original documentation for troubleshooting or internal purposes.

If the numbers of occupants on arrival exceed that stipulated in the quotation, we may provide additional accommodation at an additional cost per person per night if we are able to accommodate such extra guests. We however reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the full cancellation fee.

Special arrangements:
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill your requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.

Payment Policy

In order to guarantee a reservation, credit card details or a full payment is required. We reserve the right to release any bookings that are non-guaranteed.

1) Non Refundable Booking (Advanced Purchase)
With a non – refundable booking, the full value of the reservation will be charged on booking. If the booking is cancelled or amended or the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the guest doesn’t show up, the payment will not be refunded.

2) Standard Purchase (72h Flexible)
With a standard purchase booking, there will be no cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled 72 hours before arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, you will be charged the full cost of the stay. We process a pre-authorization payment on 50% of the total amount and payment will be taken in full at the time of check-in. If we are unable to pre-authorize your card, we will contact you and ask you to provide us with another card. If we are unsuccessful in our attempt to contact you, we may have to cancel your booking with us. The length of time this authorization request will appear on your account will depend on the policy of your bank or credit card company.

Any extras or damages will be charged at the time of check out.

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you must do so by sending us an email or by telephoning the hotel directly. Cancellations or amendments are only permitted if your booking is a standard (flexible) bookings and must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. If cancelled within 72 hours of date of arrival your booking will be charged in full.

Cancellations or amendments are not permitted on any Early Booker Non-Refundable and Non-Refundable bookings as a full, non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking.
