The Rebekah Inn

The Rebekah Inn, built in the early 1900’s has shared bathrooms and was part of the historic Lafayette Hotel complex. It has recently been FULLY restored and updated!

The Rebekah is located on a 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and is a short 5-7 minute walk to the downtown shops, restaurants, the Palace Playland amusement park and the famous Old Orchard Beach Pier.

The Inn consists of nine individually decorated guest rooms, with period furnishings, each with fridge, microwave, sink with hair dryer, AC, WIFI and cable TV. Three of the rooms have a private balcony with spectacular ocean views! Rooms are served by three common baths.

Step back in time in the beautifully restored Rebekah Inn. Refinished hardwood floors, detailed woodwork and the antique furniture give the Rebekah an aura reminiscent of what it must have been like when Old Orchard Beach was world class as a summer resort and vacation center during the closing years of the 1800’s and the opening decades of the twentieth century.

But fear not for your comfort. The Rebekah is equipped with a state of the art efficient “heat pump” heating and cooling and spacious modern bathrooms. Come relax and enjoy our clean, quiet, friendly family atmosphere and stay with us awhile!

Policies

**There may be delayed check-in times to allow ample time to air out the unit and properly perform sanitation; the room may or may not be ready by 3:00pm. Parking should be available after 12:00pm. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will work diligently to safely clean and sanitize the unit in a timely manner.

Max occupancy: 2 Adults ONLY per room, no children under the age of 12

***If arriving after 10 pm please call to arrange key retrieval.

*Rooms may or may not be ready before check-in time; Parking may be available before room is ready.

-Must be 21+ years old to check-in

NO PETS, NO SMOKING; $250 cleaning fee for smoke odor inside the room + any resulting loss of income.

-Minimum $40 charge for untidy rooms that require excessive cleaning

-1 car per unit only

-Strict noise policy, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere
*Guest who cause noise complaints may be asked to leave

Payment Policy

A one night deposit is required to secure your reservation for stays under 7 nights.

Two nights' deposit required for 7+ night stay

Balance must be paid in full upon arrival.
Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS after balance is paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Under 7 Night Stay
-Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit their one night deposit.

7+ Night Stay
-Cancellations under 30 days or under will forfeit their two night deposit.

Cancellations outside these time frames will result in a $25 fee per room for stays under 7 nights- and $50 per room over 7 nights.

Cancelling nights from a reservation previously made will result in a $50 fee per night if made under 14 days prior to arrival. If this results in your reservation being under the minimum stay; your reservation will be cancelled.
