Standard rates for this room. Space can be accessed beginning at 10am the morning of your reservation with checkout no later than 10am the next morning. Guests can use all decor, furniture, and amenities in any way they want but must return everything to its original storage place prior to checkout or will be assessed additional cleaning fees. Set-up and tear down services are available for an additional charge.

Terms & Conditions

The Retreat at Hiawassee River is a family owned and operated business. We take great pride in offering the best possible facility and accommodations surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. Please convey to all guests in your party the importance of leaving the property and grounds as they were found. Please dispose of all garbage and trash that detracts from the beauty of the property we work so hard to maintain.

Guests agree to be responsible for payment to replace and repair any missing, stolen, or damaged items belonging to The Retreat at Hiawassee River including but not limited to furniture, decorations, grounds, facilities, and amenities.

Guests who bring animals must pay a $50 nonrefundable pet fee and agree to pay for incidentals caused by their pets during their stay. All guests are required to leave a credit card on file for incidentals incurred while staying on our property.

Guests may enjoy the property and its amenities at their own risk. They are to take proper precautions regarding their safety and protecting their personal property. The Retreat at Hiawassee River, its staff, and its agents are not responsible for losses, theft, or injuries that occur during our guests' stays.

Payment Policy

$100 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve any cabin. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

The Retreat at Hiawassee River requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations of your stay or guests will forfeit the entire rental payment and deposit. Cancellations within one week of bookings will forfeit the $100 deposit.

Should the guest need to cancel within the notice period, they may be eligible to receive a partial refund of their rental payment and/or deposit at the discretion of the Owner.
