Opposite beach is our Modern studio apartment with kitchen, memory foam mattress, porcelain tiles, 50 inch TV and backup generator. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Check In Instructions (Self-Check In Available)
Check In time is 3pm and Check Out time is 10am.
Office hours are 10am - 6pm and guests are allowed to leave luggage at the office. Self Check Instructions will be emailed to guest email on file and via sms to the number on the reservation.
Check Out Procedure
Place key in Key Drop Box at the office upon checking our prior to 10 am.
Payment Policy
Our payment policy is that all reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable at time of payment. All reservation dates are confirmed upon payment and are non-changeable. In the event, a guest is a no show within 24 hours after the reservation start date the reservation will automatically be cancelled and forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is that if a reservation is cancelled anytime prior to arrival the payments made are non-refundable and the reservation is non-transferable. Once a reservation has commenced or has checked out early the remaining nights are non-refundable, non-transferable and automatically forfeited.
In the event, a guest is a no-show within 24 hours within the reservation start the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
