Check-in Time:

3:00pm. Early check-in may be available upon request. Guest should contact location on day of arrival for specific times, if needed.

Check-out Time:

11 am. Late check-outs must be approved and arranged with front desk personnel prior to check-out time

Reservations can be made online, by calling (907) 883-2852 or emailing reservations@threebearstokmotel.com. You may also reserve a room in person between the hours of 7:00AM and 11:00PM.

If guaranteed with your credit card, your reservation will be held until 11:00PM for your arrival. If you are unable to guarantee your reservation with a credit card, your room will be held until 6:00PM.

If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation which you have sent in payment for or guaranteed with your credit card, you must notify us 24 hours before arrival date and receive a cancellation number. (Times and dates to cancel without penalty may vary especially on Special Events, Holidays and/or Weekends. Contact the Three Bears Tok Motel for cancellation policies which may affect your reservation.) If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled (if more than 1 night).

We are a dog friendly establishment. However they are not allowed on the furniture, if so we may charge your credit card an extra cleaning fee. The dogs can not be left unattended under any circumstances.

We are a Non Smoking establishment. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning charge up to $300.00 that will be charged to your credit card on file.

There is a lost key charge of $25.00. If you happen to accidentally take it with you, it can be dropped in the USPS at no charge to you.

If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, we reserve the right to charge the amount it costs to replace damaged items and labor fees to return room to original state.

Payment Policy

If guaranteed with your credit card, your reservation will be held until 11:00pm for your arrival. If you are unable to guarantee your reservation with a credit card, your room will be held until 6:00PM.
Room charges are paid at registration or by 11 am in advance of each subsequent night's stay.

Payment may be made with traveler's check or with credit card (American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard or VISA).

Advance payments may be made with credit card, or traveler's check. Checks (personal, business or organization) must be received 21 days prior to the arrival date.

All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older and must present photo identification upon check-in. Payment for your accommodations required at check-in with accepted credit card.
