Terms & Conditions

This beautiful and secret gem of a property is located in the tall pines, with a lovely back courtyard area for visiting and enjoying the cool afternoons. Our temps normally never top 83 degrees in the summer and our evenings drop to 60's... Winters temps vary, but very enjoyable and beautiful. Snow depends on the storms, but very manageable and fun.

A few VERY important notes about our Lodge:
.** We are NOT a 24/7 Hotel/Inn** Our office hours are 8 AM to 11 PM..These hours are for daily operations..
** Check in time is at 4:00 PM** This allows our GREAT housekeeping team to get your room just right! If you need to request early check in please do so ahead of time, and know that it is not a guarantee that this request or any request will be approved.
** (3) charcoal grills are available to our guests. All in the courtyard with tables & umbrellas.
** Grandeur rooms (ONLY 6 rooms) with Kitchenettes & AC Units... Grandeur rooms MUST be booked accordingly.
** Basic rooms (4) have all the amenities for a comfortable stay; micro & small fridge in each room and A/C units.
** Grandeur Honeymoon Suite includes Jacuzzi & Fireplace (No kitchenette).. MUST be booked accordingly
** Blow Dryers are available to check out for free in the lobby.
** Pets are welcomed (limit 2 per room) at an additional cost of $15 per pet/per stay.
** Brand new ICE MACHINE on the property :)
** We are a ECO FRIENDLY Lodge... Rooms do NOT have daily maid service.
** WiFi available in all rooms.

- Check out is 10 AM

Pet Policy --- Pets! We love them all :)

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, you are kindly requested to follow some simple rules during your stay with your pet:
• Pets must be kept in a kennel when unattended in room. Please note it is important to respect hotel guests. If you leave your pet alone in your room, they can feel scared and cry. Should we receive a complaint from a guest, your pet will not be allowed to stay on the property.
• Keep your pet on a leash at all times per Arizona State Leash Law A. R. S. § 11-1012
• Please pick up after your pet. The property provides waste bags for your convenience.
• No charge will apply for SERVICE PETS; but proper Certification Documentation is required at check-in for our Arizona State Audits.

 Please note: UN-DISCLOSED PETS will receive the appropriate charges to the credit card on file, after the fact. We will forward you via email the charges accordingly and keep record on file for our Arizona State Audits.

Payment Policy

We require payment at the time of check in, and any incidentals will be billed to the card you leave on file, thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require a 24 hour advance notice or you'll be charged for the price of one night.
