Terms & Conditions
All stays require a two (2) night minimum. Stays from June 15 - August 15 require a three (3) night minimum. Some Holidays or Peak Season MAY require longer stays or additional fees may apply.
A one-time $60 cleaning fee due upon arrival for all stays less than seven (7) nights.
Use of the Indoor Spa and Fitness area is subject to a one-time Use Fee of $20 for all stays. Use of this facility is optional.
First (1) nights stay taken as a deposit to confirm reservation.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates do not include group rates, specials, packages or other special arrangements.
Rates listed do not include state, county and local surcharge or sales taxes.
Payment Policy
Full Payment due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
$20 cancellation fee applied to any reservations canceled.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 10 days of arrival date (without management approval).
No fee to change dates or change units. However, the rate charged may be different if reservation is moved to a different season or unit style. Any changes are subject to availability.
Early Departures are Not Refundable.
