DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Payment will not be taken at the time of booking but a valid payment card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment will be required on check out.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is from 16:00hrs - 20:00hrs, please inform us if you are going to arrive later than 20:00hrs. We understand sometimes people would like to check in earlier. Please discuss this with us at the time of your booking. We politely request that guests check out by 11:00hrs

Pets are not accepted except for Guide Dogs.
We are sorry but we do not accept children under the age of 16. Children aged 16 and above by prior agreement only.
In accordance with the no-smoking legislation, Trewornan Manor is a smoke free premises and smoking is not permitted. Smoking in a room will incur an additional cleaning charge of £150.

SPECIAL OFFERS
Any Special offers are subject to availability and are only valid at the time of booking, excluding public holidays and other specified periods. Existing bookings are not eligible for these rates/offers. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. There can be no exceptions to this. All per person quoted rates are based on two sharing a room. There is no discount for single occupancy on special offers.

LIABILITY
Trewornan Manor accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of property, vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to guests during their occupancy.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.
Cheques to be made payable to Trewornan Manor Limited.
Payments by BACS should be made to the following account:
Trewornan Manor. 40-45-10. 41518348.

Cancellation Policy

We prefer not to charge for cancellations but may do so if we can’t resell a cancelled room. Cancellations that will not incur a charge must be made in writing; by email or letter, to be received by us at least 14 days prior to your planned arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, then we will take all reasonable steps to re-let your room. If we are unable to do so then regrettably we will charge the full amount of your stay to the card details given at the time of booking. If we do re-let the accommodation at a lower rate then we will charge you for the shortfall. In view of this we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
