DAMAGE TO LODGE PROPERTY We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the Lodge’s property or structure. Should this damage become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card.
SMOKING For the comfort and safety of our guests and in compliance with state law, the lodge is a non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere in the lodge including guest rooms. The lodge will charge guests a $500 cleaning fee in the event that guests or their invitees smoke in the guest’s room or anywhere within 30-feet of the Lodge.
REMOVAL OF LODGE PROPERTY We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the Lodge by them without consent.
TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS AND FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We reserve the right to act against any guest found to have tampered/interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the Lodge, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR It is the Lodge’s policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Manager, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Manager, action may be taken against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the guests may be asked to leave the Lodge.
LOST/DAMAGED PROPERTY This Lodge is not responsible for any stolen or lost items. Should any guest lose any belong- ings during their stay, or we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it. If we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed within 2 months of the guest’s departure, it will be disposed of by the Lodge.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES No beverages or food may be brought into the Lodge’s restaurant and bar or Lodge common areas.
VEHICLES All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk.
At the time of booking Tsaina Lodge requires a deposit equal to 50% of your total stay. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
A full refund is issued for reservations cancelled 15+ days or prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are 100% non-refundable.
