Terms & Conditions
Payment - When reserving your stay with us, we require a 25% deposit upon booking. The remainder of your total is due 45 days before your arrival.
Changes - In the event you need to change the dates or details of your trip to Turneffe Island Resort, we ask that you call us at your earliest convenience. We do not accommodate changes less than 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellations - We accommodate partial refunds with appropriate notice, as per the schedule below. We recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event of any unforeseen delays or cancellations.
60 days before your arrival: Eligible for a 90% refund of total.
40–59 days before your arrival: Eligible for a 75% refund of total.
15–39 days before your arrival: Eligible for a 50% refund of total.
14 days before your arrival: Not eligible for a refund.
Weather cancellation: Not eligible for a refund.
