POLICIES:
* Check-IN time is 3PM and check_out time is 12PM next day.
* Emirates ID/ Passports/ UAE license should be present of the guest and accompanying guests upon check-IN. Entry is only permitted after check-IN procedure and full payment collection of the reservation.
* Pets are not allowed. Drones are not allowed. Alcohol is not allowed.
* We are maintaining privacy by preventing guest from other domes to access your dome's area, please do not cross other dome's private front area.
* Smoking inside domes are prohibited, however smoking is allowed in an outdoor area.
Turquoise Resorts may save and use my Personal Preferences, I understand that I can withdraw this consent at any time by asking the Turquoise Resorts to stop retaining my Personal Preferences via the contact details above or as indicated in the Global Privacy Statement.

Payment Policy

Prepayment,
Accepts Cash, Mastercard ,Visa ,American Express and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1 day of arrival.
No prepayment is needed.
If you want to add a non-refundable policy to a particular date, you can do this through your Calendar
