The apartments that can accommodate up to 5/6 people are new (completed in March 2020), equipped with every comfort and with the latest generation of home automation system

The bus stop to/from Venice and the airport is under the house (5 meters!).
If you want or need it, you can arrive and leave in complete autonomy.
The property also offers you the opportunity to park your car for free during the night inside the property.

Terms & Conditions

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT TO VENICE FLY APARTMENTS:
- the SHUTTLE SERVICE is chargeable with competitive prices thanks to our agreements.
It is available only by prior agreement during the booking phase, by entering the request in the "notes" field (indicating the flight number and arrival time), or by e-mail. The request must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date. The service is not guaranteed for requests received later than the time shown here above.
To book the shuttle service, please send us the details of the following information that you will find on your boarding pass:
a) airline name;
b) flight number;
c) time of arrival of the flight at Marco Polo airport.

The shuttle service is also available to/from any other destination and/or arrival. Alway under reservation, and prior agreement with the property.

CHECK-IN TIMES:
Check-in starts exclusively from 15:00 onwards in SELF CHECK-IN mode.
Thanks to our home automation system, all guests will be able to SELF CHECK-IN, in complete autonomy. You can then arrive at the property at the most convenient time after 15.00.
To check-in, it will be sufficient at the time of booking to communicate the estimated time of your arrival and to update us in case of changes.
How SELF CHECK-IN works
- Request the service when booking by writing it in the notes field or by sending us an email to fly@ledimoredelbarone.it, at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
- In the case of reservations made on the same day of the check-in, please call the number +393349204554 or +393924708536 and communicate the arrival time to our staff asking to do the SELF CHECK-IN allowing us to provide you with all the necessary information.
- Tell us your expected arrival time, your booking reference and your identity data
- You will be sent the authorization form to process your data.
- Fill in, sign and return the authorization form for the processing of your data
- You will then be provided with: the personal access code, a video, and/or simple and explanatory instructions on how to use the service.
- The service is valid only if the payment has already been made and tied to the sending of your identity data that must be sent to us, under penalty of non-usability of the service.
The use of home automation will, therefore, allow you to enter into the property at any time after 15.00, in complete autonomy, and without the presence of our staff.
For any technical problem don't worry, our staff will be available to guide you by phone during the access procedures by calling the number +393349204554 or +393924708536.
In case you do not want to use this service or you are not able to use it, and in all other cases of arrival at the property after check-in hours, it will still be possible to request check-in, but the service will involve an additional cost of €. 25.00 per call until 19.00.
For check-in, after 19.00 there will be an extra cost of € 50.00 per call.

We also remind you that you can take advantage of our Shuttle service. The service is available for a fee and by reservation, in the manner indicated (see the item Shuttle Service) and at competitive prices thanks to our agreements.

ARRIVALS BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME:
- It is possible to arrive before 15:00 by requesting it during the booking phase by writing it in the notes field or by sending us an email to fly@ledimoredelbarone.it, at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
- The apartment may not be available before 15:00, in this case, you can still leave your luggage in storage for free at our property, and choose whether to wait for the delivery of the apartment or decide to visit Venice that is only 15 minutes by bus, away from us.
CHECK OUT TIME: no later than 10:00 am.
- In case you need a late check- out, you can request it when booking by writing it in the notes field or by sending us an email to fly@ledimoredelbarone.it, at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Alternatively, let us know during check-in.
The service costs €. 15.00 / hour, usable only upon agreement with the staff and based on the availability of the structure.

PETS: we only accept small dogs and cats, by agreement with the property and for a fee. It is possible to send the request by e-mail to fly@ledimoredelbarone.it
