Victoria House

Victoria House is a 19th century former brewers’ house in Stow on the Wold, offering room only accommodation. Tastefully converted into 7 luxury boutique rooms and perfectly situated to explore the Cotswolds. Victoria House is 'rooms only', enabling you to come and go as you like and have the opportunity to explore Stow on the Wold for breakfast and other meals when you are not out and about exploring the wider Cotswold area.

Terms & Conditions

Arrival and Departure: Self Check in and out
Arrival: from 4pm.
Departure: up to 10am.

Access:
Access to Victoria House is via a Front Door Pin Code and you will have your own individual Room Pin Code also. This information will be sent to you via email 24 hours prior to your arrival. These codes will be valid until 10am on your departure date. Please note: there is no reception desk at Victoria House, you are welcome to contact the House Manager whenever required whilst at Victoria House, full details are in the rooms on arrival.

Children:
Children over the age of 12 years are welcome when accompanied by parents and an appropriate number of rooms are booked. No younger children or infants in travel cots, thank you.

Dogs
Are not allowed within Victoria House, thank you.

Car Parking
Victoria House has on-street parking only. Both Sheep Street and the Stow on the Wold market square (only 150 metres walk, through the Talbot Court) have free parking from 4pm until 10am, with free 2 hour parking slots during the day. Full day free parking is just 200 metres down Sheep St from Victoria House and in the surrounding streets, with no time restraint. There is also free all day parking in the Fosseway Long Stay car park (5 minutes walk, next to Tesco supermarket). Alternatively paid parking is available in the Cotswold Council car park at the bottom of Sheep Street which turns into Park Street, 400 metres walk.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside Victoria House. If deemed to have done so an automatic cleaning charge of £100.00 will be charged directly.

Damage
In the unlikely event of damage made to Victoria House or your room, full repair charges will be applied plus 10% to cover administrative costs.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note your booking and all incidental charges must be guaranteed by a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 72 hours before your arrival date, full refund will be given. If booked within 7 days of arrival the payment is non-refundable.

For Public Holiday(s) or bookings of four or more rooms, the cancellation/modification policy is 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled/modified within this period or in the case of no-show(s), the total price of the reservation will be charged.
