The Küchwald guesthouse in Chemnitz offers all travellers a warm and cosy home from home.
Whether for a weekend, a longer working stay or just a short overnight stay; all guests are welcome here. There is no minimum length of stay.
All flats have been lovingly and individually furnished by us and have new fitted kitchens with microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, WLAN and a balcony with a view of our orchard. An extra bed is easily possible in almost all flats.
Thanks to its convenient yet quiet location, our guesthouse is the ideal starting point for exploring Chemnitz and its surroundings.

Terms & Conditions
§1 Scope and contractual partner
1. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. The order does not require any form; it also arises when using our work.
These General Conditions apply to all residential rental agreements concluded between Villa Küchwald and third parties (guests).
§2 Reservations and conclusion of the contract
1. By making a reservation, the guest offers to conclude an agreement for accommodation. If the booked apartment is available, the guest will receive a booking confirmation from Villa Küchwald. By accepting a reservation made by a guest, an accommodation contract is concluded between Villa Küchwald and the guest. This occurs upon successful payment by the guest or confirmation of the reservation in text form, but no later than the apartment becomes available.
2. The contractual partners are Villa Küchwald and the guest. If a third party has made a reservation for a guest, they are liable to Villa Küchwald together with the guest as a joint and several debtor for all obligations arising from the accommodation contract. The third party automatically becomes the contractual partner.
3. Villa Küchwald's offers regarding available apartments are subject to change and are not binding. Villa Küchwald may, at its sole discretion, refuse or modify the accommodation agreement.
4. All claims against Villa Küchwald generally expire one year from the beginning of the statutory limitation period.
Payment Policy
1. The agreed price of the entire booked overnight service must always be paid by the guest in advance.
2. Valid means of payment are credit card. Online payments, for example PayPal, SOFORT and bank transfers, are also permitted with written confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
1. A guaranteed reservation occurs when the guest's payment is confirmed. In principle, the guest has the opportunity to cancel at any time. Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the scheduled check-in of the booked apartment. Exceptions come into force when booking a different booking category with a different cancellation period, such as a non-refundable booking.
2. If the guest does not appear (no show) and without visible communication with Villa Küchwald, the booking will be canceled and Villa Küchwald is entitled to the total amount of the booking. The guest has no claim to the following nights.
3. Exceptional cases can be made by written confirmation from Villa Küchwald.
