Villa Beach Cottages is located in the northern end of Saint Lucia, 4 miles from Castries, the capital. Intimate, unique, & picturesque with 20 villa suites nestled among the coconut trees on Choc Bay, just a few feet from the waters edge. They command panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, the lush green mountains of the northern coastline and a small offshore island.

The villa suites features state-of-the-art in room amenities including flat screen TVs, DVD and CD players, Hi-speed internet access, Wi-Fi, A/C, ceiling fans, digital safes, hairdryers, iron & ironing boards. Luxurious and fully self-contained, the one or two bedrooms units have intricately, king size four poster beds, living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens with marble counter tops (including large appliances such as stoves, fridges, microwaves, toasters, blenders, & coffee makers) and large balconies with teak furniture and steamers with most overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The deluxe one-bedroom villa suites also feature bathrooms with his & hers pedestal sinks and in-room jacuzzis with a sea view.

On site facilities include Koko's mini-mart/shop, water sports (ocean kayaks), two swimming pools, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi, wedding gazebos, hammocks and portable outdoor barbecues. The Guest Services Cottages houses the internet café, guest laundry, and a free book and DVD library.Services offered include: Meet and greet services with airport transfers, starter packs service (units can be stocked prior to arrival with grocery items), Meals on request prepared by local chefs, Coconut Car Rental, (a car rental desk located on property), Tours desk (organizing and booking personal and group tours and activities, such as golf, tennis, horseback riding, rainforest hiking, zip lining, shopping, snorkelling, scuba diving, turtle, whale & dolphin watching and deep sea fishing), Dining Around (guidance and booking of the best tables at the finest restaurants on island), daily maid, laundry, babysitting, and massage services. A few minutes walk away are restaurants, a cinema multiplex and a small shopping mall with supermarkets, green grocer, shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, doctor’s office, dry cleaners and food court.

La Dauphine Estate, an old cocoa plantation dating back to the 18th century is situated in the hills four miles from the picturesque, colonial town of Soufriere, once the old French capital of St. Lucia. This 75-acre family plantation produces bananas, cocoa, coconuts, citrus, flowers, nutmeg, sugar cane and a variety of fruits and vegetables.

La Dauphine Great House and Chateau Laffitte, two estate houses located in the heart of this tropical plantation are nestled in a lush green hillside surrounded by luxuriant gardens, fragrant with exotic flowers.

The Great House combines old colonial charm with all modern conveniences. It has 4 bedrooms, (master bedroom with a four poster made with wood from the plantation and an attic bedroom with 4 singles beds), 2 full & 2 half bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and has a large wrap around verandah. Chateau Laffitte, the old estate overseer’s house now has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen & dining room and a verandah.

La Dauphine Estate is close to all the attractions in the area: Pitons, Sulphur Springs, Piton Hotwater Falls, Jalousie & Margretoute beaches, Tet Paul Nature Trail, Diamond Falls and Botanical Gardens, Toraille Water Fall, Fond Gens Libres and the Gros Piton Nature Trail / Climb, Anse Chastanet Marine Park and the Fond St. Jacques rainforest trails.
