Ideally suited for families with up to 5 children or a group of 5 adults, but 6 can fit, traveling together. Total room size is 36 square meters. The family suite consists of 2 bedrooms, with double beds (160 & 140 cm wide) and a 2 seater couch that can be opened to a small double bed (120cm breit). The 2 bedrooms are interconnected via a private small bathroom with a shower, sink & toilet. Direct garden access. Hardwood floor. in the big room, tiles in the smaller one. The bigger of the 2 rooms is soundproof.

For the Trade Fair Rate, Villa Orchard requires a prepayment in the amount of 30% of the whole reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card anytime after the booking. This pre-authorization is necessary to validate the credit card and usually lapses within a few days.
If canceled or modified up to thirty (90) days before the date of arrival, 0nly 30% of the whole reservation will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

Valid CREDIT CARDS are REQUIRED to confirm a reservation. Babys and children aged 2 and under are free of charge if sleeping in their parents bed or will be charged €14,- per portable cot per night-. Other not registered additional guests are charged EUR 25 per person per night.
REGULAR CHECK-IN time is 5 to 7pm; Earlier or later Check-Ins can be agreed and should be advised at booking. The room must then be paid and ideally check-Ins are coordinated through whatsApp (+49 151 2628 0109). FLEXIBEL CHECK-IN's until late in the night through Key Safe possible when the room is paid in advance, authentification has been done (European ID or passport) & the use of WhatsApp to coordinate is possible. LATEST CHECK-OUT is 11am. Every non-advised started extra hour will be charged €16,-.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside VILLA ORCHARD. Any violation will be charged at €200,-
RAUCHVERBOT IM GANZEN HAUS. Es gilt ein Rauchverbot im ganzen Haus. Alle Zimmer sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Bei Verstoß müssen wir Ihnen €250,- in Rechnung stellen.
Strictement INTERDIT DE FUMER à l'intérieur Villa Orchard, sous peine de frais de €150,- et d'expulsion immédiate.

FREE Cancellation: If canceled or modified up to three (3) days before the date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. The full amount is due 3 days before the date of arrival. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the reservation will be charged.
II. DISCOUNT PREPAID RATE
If canceled, modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
III. TRADE FAIR RATE
If canceled, modified or in case of no show the total price of the reservation is due and will be charged.
IV. LAST MINUTE RATE
If canceled, modified or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation is due and will be charged.
