Villas Geminis
Villas Geminis is the first family-owned, artist-inspired boutique condominium hotel located in the heart of beautiful Tulum. We are made up of 12 units in total, each one decorated in a unique way and with the name of an artist. All rooms vary in size and amenities: from our 2-bedroom Van Gogh, which is a 2-bedroom, 2-story unit that sleeps up to 6 adults, to our Matisse Penthouse Studio, on the top floor with a private patio and an outdoor deep soaking tub. In all room types, you will find organic honey bath products, cotton robes, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, beach towels, and an espresso machine. The property is designed so that our buildings surround our lush tropical garden, hammocks, and swimming pool. Guest benefits include the use of our complimentary beach bikes, Wi-Fi, daily maid service, and continental breakfast served in the garden each morning. Located in the heart of Tulum, we are a 5-minute walk from the best restaurants and shops in town. Tulum's stunning beach is just 5 minutes away by taxi or 20 minutes by bike. We put a lot of love and attention to detail at Villas Geminis and hope that every guest's stay in our little oasis is a memorable one.

A fee of $200 pesos per additional hour will be charged after 11 am
(If you require tolerance time for your check-out, we suggest you notify reception in advance to be authorized.)
FRONT DESK
Our reception desk operates every day from 9 am to 5 pm. If you anticipate arriving after 5 p.m., please notify us in advance. Our team will gladly welcome you at any time beyond 5 pm.
(The trusted staff that lives inside the hotel will gladly provide you with your registration form and your room keys; if you have questions please approach the reception next morning)
SMOKE
There is prohibited smoke inside the room, we penalize it with $500.00 pesos for deep cleaning. You can smoke in open areas.
PARKING
The Hotel has limited parking for 3 vehicles that are subject to the availability of the day, if not available, you can park in front of the hotel.
EXTRA GUEST
The cost per additional person is $20 USD. The hotel does not handle additional beds.
CHILDREN FRIENDLY
Children of any age are allowed. 1 child (up to 2 years old) can stay for free using the available cots.

On our peak season from December 25 to January 07, The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 14 days before the arrival date.
BEST DEAL - NON REFUNDABLE
The hotel will charge the full amount of your stay to the credit card granted as a guarantee if it is canceled.
