Fully furnished annexe on two levels with lift. The upper floor, in the style of the 1920s/30s, has a living room with a large 17th-century fireplace and a piano, a dining area with a table for 18/20 people that can be extended to seat up to 30. There is a bathroom, a large fitted kitchen, as well as a back office and a porch with a small sitting room. Downstairs there are three large, air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Another two new large double rooms in the garden pool area have their own bathroom with shower. High quality linens in pure white cotton poplin with thermal category 2 goose down duvets with pillowcases edged in the same colour as the villa. Silhouettes that will be repeated, as well as on the Relais name, on the linen and on the fine terry towelling disposable slippers. Bath linen in white honeycomb terrycloth consisting of bathrobe, triple towel and rolled square flannels. Charging column for electric cars available. Due to its location in a quiet and isolated place, the relais is not recommended for those without their own car.
The closest activity to the villa is definitely the Brunate Funicular, with which you can reach Como in just 7 minutes on a small train. From the Villa to the funicular it takes 15 minutes of walking (we recommend comfortable shoes) ,5 minutes from the Relais, you will find the Brunate Lighthouse. The lighthouse will give you a better view of the lake and on fine days also of Monte Rosa. To climb to the top of the lighthouse, the ticket costs 2 euro per person. There are numerous activities in Como and on Lake Como. From visiting the historic villas to touring the historic centre, with its walls dating back to Roman times. Getting off the funicular and heading to the right, you will walk along the lakeside and a few metres away you will arrive at Villa Geno. From there we can organise a boat tour with one of our boatmen, visiting the lake on board a beautiful Venetian boat. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

WELLNESS & FITNESS AREA - CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Villino Rubini offers guests access to a Wellness & Fitness Area comprising a sauna, cold plunge, showers and fitness equipment. Use of these facilities is voluntary, at the guest's own discretion, and included in the stay unless stated otherwise.
2. The facilities may be unattended. No lifeguard, instructor or supervisor is present unless specifically arranged. Guests are responsible for using the facilities appropriately and within their own abilities.
3. Sauna use (temperatures up to approximately 100 C), cold-water immersion, contrast therapy, exercise and movement on wet surfaces involve inherent risks, including burns, falls, physical injury, overheating, dehydration, cold shock, dizziness and fainting. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in the proper use of the facilities.
4. Guests must not use the facilities if they are aware of any medical condition that would make such use unsafe. Guests with cardiovascular, blood-pressure, respiratory or circulatory conditions, a history of fainting or seizures, who are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any other condition potentially affected by heat, cold or exercise should seek medical advice before use. The facilities must not be used while feeling unwell or where use has been medically discouraged.
5. Guests must follow the safety rules displayed at the Wellness & Fitness Area and provided at check-in, including: limiting sauna sessions to 15 minutes and cooling down and hydrating between sessions; entering and exiting the cold plunge slowly (diving or jumping in is prohibited); resting between hot and cold exposures; checking fitness equipment before use and not using damaged equipment; taking care on wet floors; and not using the facilities under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs or medication that may impair judgement, balance or physical response.
6. Before first use of the Wellness & Fitness Area, each guest (or a parent or legal guardian for minors) may be required to sign the Villino Rubini Wellness & Fitness Guest Acknowledgement confirming the above. Access may be refused where the acknowledgement is not signed.
7. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Italian law.
