This recently remodeled large suite includes 2 king bedrooms (the Seattle and Tacoma rooms), 2 bathrooms, as well as a living and dining area and a kitchenette. There is a private entrance and over 800 square feet of living space. The rooms can be rented separately or together. The Puget Sound Suite is the combination of the 2 rooms, plus the common area which is shared by only these 2 rooms. Please note one of the rooms has a limited view of the harbor and the other room has a view of the driveway.

The Rainier Suite, includes the "Rainier - Oceanview King" room as described above, plus the Olympia room, which is interconnected to the Rainier Room. The interconnecting door can be locked from either side for privacy. The adjoining Olympia room contains 2 twin beds and has its own television and small bathroom with shower. If you have already booked the Rainier Room, you can add the Olympia adjoining room by calling to confirm availability and paying an additional $175/night for the full suite. Please note that there is only 1 parking spot available to the Rainier, whether you book it as a Suite with the Olympia room, or without it. i.e. The Olympia room does not come with a parking spot, although guests may park offsite.
NOTE: The Rainier Suite can only be booked by calling 253-857-0770. If the Rainier Room is available, the Rainier Suite is usually available. If the Rainier Room is booked, the Rainier Suite is not available.

The Entire Inn cannot be booked online. You must call to make a reservation. The Entire Inn is generally available on dates where you can see no other rooms booked. There is a two night minimum. The rate is 2,500 / night from June 1 - Sept 30 and 2,000 / night on other dates. A $2,500 damage deposit is also required. Parties are not allowed. The Inn is in a quiet neighborhood and is suitable for family gatherings and small corporate retreats. Some small events, such as weddings, may be allowed if they adhere to city regulations.

Terms & Conditions
1. CHECK-IN is 3:00 pm.
2. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am.
3. Room Locations: The Tacoma, Seattle and Puget Sound Suite are accessed at the street level entry. The Rainier Room and Reception are accessed through the driveway entry. The Waterfront Rooms (The Harbor, The Narrows, The Lighthouse) are down the stairs to the right of the Inn.
4.PARKING is available onsite with 4 cars parking in the marked spots at the street level. Please ensure that you park within the marked parking spots, so that each car has plenty of room. There are 2 additional parking spots down the steep driveway. One to the right of the main entrance by pulling all the way to the fence or in front of the single car garage door. 5. NON SMOKING PROPERTY. This is a non-smoking property with the exception of the deck over the water. $150 cleaning fee for smoking inside the Inn.
6. NO PETS. No pets are allowed other than certified service animals. Cleaning fee for pets is $150.
7. QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm – 8 am.
8. HOUSEKEEPING is available daily, but in order to respect your privacy, we only provide housekeeping during your stay if you request it. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, please text 253-857-0770.
9. KAYAKS are available for our guests use. Guests must sign our waiver and use life jackets provided.
10. CHILDREN 10 years old and over are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please enter children aged 10 and over as an adult on your reservation.
11. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. The property, dock, pier and other amenities are only for the use of guests with paid reservations. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
Payment Policy
The Waterfront Inn accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards will be charged 3 days prior to arrival, as reservations become non refundable at that time.
Additional fees may be applied for extra services (e.g., amenities packages, return of items left behind, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. If a guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the guest must notify Owner in writing via email to info@waterfront-inn.com. A cancellation must be received by 3pm PT, 3 days in advance of your arrival date or you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. For example, if you booked a room to start on Jan 15th, you must cancel the room prior to Jan 12th at 3pm PT to receive a full refund or not be charged.
