No Smoking:
For the comfort and safety of all guests there is a non smoking area throughout the entire establishment. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of £100 will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.

Children:
We welcome children aged 14 years and above.

Damages ,Breakages an Key lost: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will charge £20 for a replacement.

Parking
There is meter parking available nearby along Marine Parade and the seafront where it is possible to stay for extended periods.

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the full amount if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price. No deposit will be charged in advance.
