Halo Serviced Apartments provides corporate and leisure serviced accommodation at West One, which is located within the heart of Sheffield city centre at Devonshire Green. The property is close to a selection of bars, shops and supermarkets, and City Hall and Ponds Forge swimming pool are within walking distance.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer and microwave. The living area of each apartment features a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. All apartments have free wireless internet. Halo Serviced Apartments also provides a weekly cleaning service with clean towels and fresh linen. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

By booking with Halo Serviced Apartments Ltd you are agreeing to the following:
All rates are per apartment NOT per person.
Halo Serviced Apartments require at least one person to be above the age of 18. ID maybe required if failure to provide ID Halo Serviced Apartments reserve the rights to cancel the booking with no refund.
All bookings can be made online, via email or telephone. All guests staying in the apartment must be named on the booking form for insurance purposes.
Arrivals: Please note check in is between 2pm and 6pm late check ins can be arranged at an additional cost of £30 and must be arranged at the time of booking. You will need to call with an estimated time of arrival as we do not have a 24 hour reception. If you fail to let us know an arrival time you will have to wait up to 30 minutes until someone can come and meet you. You can find all the check in information in the booking confirmation
Departures: Please note that you must check out no later than 11am, late check outs can be arranged at an additional cost this will be discussed at the time of booking. If you fail to leave the keys or entry fobs you will be charged for replacing them. If you have paid a breakages/damages deposit one of our representatives will arrive at the property at the agreed check out time to inspect the property and hand back the deposit less any charges that may apply.
A £250 security deposit is required for all weekend stays (Fri-Sun) this will be discussed at the time of booking. We can take the deposit via card or cash on arrival. If you pay via your card please note it can take 3-5 working days to process back to your card.
Charges will also apply for loss of keys, entry fobs and call out charges, smoking in the apartments, extra cleaning after departure, call out charges for noise complaints, damage and breakages.
General Apartment Information:
Only the people named on the booking form will be allowed in the apartment. Any additional people found to be staying in the apartment Halo Serviced Apartments reserve the right to charge a supplement for each additional person or cancel the reservation without a refund.
You must agree not to keep any illegal items in the apartment i.e stolen goods, illegal substances
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments charges will apply if this is not adhered to.
If any of the above occur Halo Serviced Apartments will terminate the reservation immediately, you will be asked to vacate the apartment and no refund will be given.
Standard Payment Policy: Full payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival
Advanced Purchase Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Standard Payment Cancellation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Advanced Purchase Cancellation: If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
