Terms & Conditions

Check-in: Check-in time starts at 3 PM
Check-out: Check-out time is 11 AM. If you require late check-out please ask at front desk.

Pet friendly rooms are available on request for an additional fee of $15.00/night .
All rooms are non-smoking. Any smoking inside the rooms will result in a $300.00 cleaning fee.
Guests will be charged for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

We require a government issued picture ID as well as a credit card or cash at check-in.
Since we had renovations last Nov 1st 2022 to our rooms with new appliances added, we will require a $500.00 refundable deposit this is for any loss or damage.

Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings..

Guests are asked to refrain from having visitors or making excessive noise from 10pm to 8am. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the hotel premises. Management reserves the right to ask any guest to be removed at any time should they pose a risk to staff or other hotel guests.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation (note: this does not have to be the card you pay with). Full payment will be made directly at the motel at check-in time.

Guests will be asked for a physical credit card (or sufficient cash deposit) upon check in to pay for room, tax, and any incidental charges which may occur.

Cancellation Policy

For reservation cancellations, you need to notify us 2 days prior from check in date.

For No notice or no show, we will charge the full amount plus the tax.
