RIGHT TO REFUSE POLICY
This property is privately owned and management reserves the refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for:
-Accidents or injury to Guests
-Loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind

The motel may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Motel Terms and Conditions during the last stay by damaging the motel's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, motel employees or other persons staying in the motel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the motel.

MOTEL DAY POLICY
A Motel day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. of the following day. Failure to check out by 11:00 a.m. will result in an additional fee for extending a motel day.

GUEST POLICY
The Motel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired. Persons who are not checked in the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Persons staying in a room after 10:00 p.m. must check in the Motel. Conduct of guests and persons using services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rule.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT GUESTS DO NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS AND INSTEAD USE THE DEDICATED OUTDOOR SMOKING AREA. ANYONE FOUND TO BE SMOKING OR HAVING SMOKED IN A NON-SMOKING ROOM WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $100.
Smoking includes but not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products

LOST KEY POLICY
IF A GUEST ROOM KEY IS LOST THERE IS A $20 FINE DEDUCTED FROM THE ROOM DEPOSIT.

THE MOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CASH DEPOSITS NOT COLLECTED BY THE GUEST ON FILE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT DATE. CASH DEPOSITS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP DURING OFFICE HOURS (7AM-11PM).

DAMAGES POLICY Damage to motel property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the motel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card/deduct from deposit, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

REMOVAL OF MOTEL PROPERTY – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit card/deduct from deposit, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Payment Policy

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card upon check-in or collect a fee in the form of a cash deposit for the room deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservations without penalty if reservations are cancelled by 2 p.m of the arrival date. In case the guest fails to appear in the motel by 6 p.m. of the accommodation day despite making a reservation, the fee for the room shall be charged by the motel.
