Built in 1873 and recently renovated to provide for today's needs, our Inn is decorated throughout in a rustic farmhouse style. Our spacious guest rooms all have private baths, mini refrigerators, sitting areas, AC, electric fireplaces, comfy linens, specialty soaps, TVs and charging stations. Internet service is available throughout, with no additional charge. Our common areas include both a living room with gas fireplace and pub area for you to relax and enjoy your vacation.

We will do everything possible to make your stay most enjoyable. To ensure you will have a very pleasant experience we have established the following policies. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Extra Guests
The Mt. Washington Room is our only room that offers a maximum occupancy of 4. All other rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2. Extra guests are not permitted, regardless of age. Should you arrive with unexpected guests you will be asked to make other arrangements and the cancellation policy will apply.
No Smoking
For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted in or around the inn. Guests who disregard our policy will be charged a $250 housekeeping fee for additional room cleaning.
Payment Policy
Room rates include double occupancy and an upscale continental breakfast. Rates are quoted per night excluding New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax of 9%. For the room that offers a maximum occupancy of 4 please note that an additional $40 fee per child, $60 per adult, per night will be charged.
A deposit equal to the amount of a one night stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of making your reservation. The balance will be charged to your card the day of your departure.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept MC, Visa, Discover and AmEx credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation Policy
Our Inn is a small and we work hard to create a special occasion for all of our guests. Therefore, we are significantly affected by cancellations and must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
For cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your arrival date you will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-book the room, in which case, only the cancellation fee will be charged. Early departures and no shows will be charged for the full stay.
