We offer private guest rooms or whole apartment vacation rentals.

Situated in an historic home, the Wicker Park Inn offers deluxe accommodations just steps away from great dining, shopping and nightlife. Each guest room has a private, ensuite bathroom, 300+ thread count sheets, satellite TV, wireless internet and complimentary breakfast. We have a total of 9 guest rooms at the Wicker Park Inn and can accommodate 18-20 guests*

(7) King guest rooms with private, en suite bathrooms.
(2) Queen guest rooms with private, en suite bathroom.
* 2 rollaway cots available.

Each guest room is beautifully appointed with luxurious decor and modern amenities. By renting the full house, you and your guests receive personalized service from our dedicated staff, freshly prepared breakfast each morning in our gourmet kitchen and exclusive use of the property including two dedicated parking spaces.

We also offer additional packages to make your stay more enjoyable such as bottomless mimosa breakfast, catered lunch or dinner, cocktail party, and late check out.

We require a 2 night stay and a 25% security deposit upon reserving. Full balance is due 2 weeks prior to stay.

Cancelations can be made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival but will forfeit 25% security deposit. Cancelations made with 2 weeks will be charged the full amount of remaining balance.

The Garden Apartment is a large studio with 2 queen beds, full kitchen and private bathroom. Breakfast is not provided as you have your own kitchen to prepare meals. The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, full fridge and stove. Daily cleaning, WiFi, and DirecTV are included in the rate.

There are steps leading to a private entrance and steps inside the apartment. This may not be ideal for travelers with limited mobility. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Daily rate is based on double occupancy. There is a $25 fee for each additional person.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit - A one night, non-refundable deposit will be charged upon booking with the balance due at check-in. Please see below for Cancellation policy.

When reserving two or more guest rooms, a one night, non-refundable deposit deposit is required for each room reserved.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional persons are $25 per night. Children over the age of 2 are counted as guests.

Check-Ins - Check-in is by appointment only and is between the hours of 2:00pm - 9:00pm on Weekdays, 2:00pm - 8:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Early check-in is permitted by request. There is no guarantee your room will be ready, but we will gladly store your luggage so you can begin your visit.

Late Arrival - Any arrival after hours will be charged an additional $25 fee. Ask about self check-in arrangements to avoid this charge.

Check-out is at 11:00 am. We can hold your luggage if you have a later flight. Please request this service at check out. After checking out, you will no longer have access to your room.

Guest Keys - There is a $25 replacement fee if guest room keys are lost or not returned.

Smoking - The Wicker Park Inn is a strictly non-smoking facility. Smoking in your room will result in a damages fee of up to $500.

Parking - We offer secure, on-site, garage parking for a fee of $25/night. If you will have a car while visiting, please add parking to your reservation or advise our staff so we may amend your reservation to include this charge.

Gym - The Wicker Park Inn has a free partnership with Wicker Park Fitness just a few blocks away. This facility is complimentary and includes fitness equipment and classes at no additional charge. Guests will be given a key FOB required to enter Wicker Park Fitness. Guests must agree to be bound by the terms of use of Wicker Park Fitness that is required to be signed at the club, and will hold harmless the Wicker Park Inn should any injury occur as a result of the use of the Wicker Park Fitness facilities.

Pets - WE LOVE PETS, but due other guests' allergies, we are a Pet Free B&B. We welcome service animals. Please email your animal service certification to info@wickerparkinn.com at the time of your booking.

Payment Policy

Payments - We collect payment at check-in. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
We offer a 5% discount if payment is made in cash.
We do not accept personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - Because we are a small independent business, we have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations & Changes may be made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date without a penalty, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations & changes made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay. You will be refunded any portion of the stay that can be re-booked minus the non-refundable deposit. Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in (no refunds for early check-outs).
