Terms & Conditions
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. To make a booking you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking value will be debited from your card at time of booking. In the event that we cannot debit this deposit from your card then such reservation shall be null and void. The balance of the accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure.
Payment Policy
A 10% deposit is required at time of booking, the remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservations up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, without incurring any further charges but your 10% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We regret that in the event of cancellations or changes within 7 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable and failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card.
Reservations occupying multiple guest rooms are subject to our group reservation policy. If you cancel your group reservation 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be no further charges but your 10% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of group cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival, deposits are non-refundable and failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card.
No-show policy: Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance owed as a non-refundable penalty the day of scheduled arrival.
