Terms & Conditions
A greeted check-in is between 2pm and 5 pm. After 5pm guests with self check-in. Check out is 11:00 am. You will be given a security code to use during your stay.
No children under 12 without prior verbal or written approval.
No pets are allowed.
The entire property is non-smoking.
In the high season there may be a two or three night minimum on weekends and holidays May through October.
Payment Policy
Payment for the first night is due at the time of your reservation. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Room blocks are available. Please call to make arrangements.
We will answer phone calls from 8am until 8pm. Online reservations can be made at any time.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 14 day cancellation/change policy prior to the date of stay. The entire charge for your stay becomes non-refundable at that time. There may be a longer cancellation period for holidays and large group reservations.
